Belle was so helpful in planning our reservations adding personal touches from the celebration platter & cake. Very patience as we are in a different time zone -16 hrs. My family and I had a wonderful and memorable time in your restaurant. Firstly, I made reservation with Grace over the phone and the experience was wonderful. Grace was very helpful and managed to get me a table for 7 within 3 days before my reservation and knowing that there was a NE preview for National Day, it is very hard to make a reservation in such a short time but Grace managed to make it for me after knowing that I am celebrating my 53rd birthday in your restaurant with my family. My family was so delighted and thanks to Grace. I am very impressed with her service. On 6 July, when my family arrived at the restaurant and we were attended by Mr Mannan. He is very professional and introduced the dishes to us and made very good recommendations on our orders. He is very attentive to our request and after hearing that my son in law birthday is on 17 July, he even arranged for a complimentary birthday cake for my son in law (Brandon) on top of my complimentary birthday cake. Mr Mannan will be one of the reasons for my family to visit your restaurant again. Mr Mannan is very professional in his service and very attentive not only to us but those tables that he served. My family had a wonderful time in your restaurant and please help me to convey our appreciation to Mr Mannan and his team for an impressive work done. Jay did a fabulous job, very patient and thorough on the phone with me to make a difficult reservation which was hard for me to understand in California far away! I wanted to give him all number ones on the phone survey but unfortunately the phone system disconnected me. Actually I spoke to Jay once before on February 7th and he told me exactly when to call back to get this reservation on March 1st. Jay is a pro at customer service and I think you should put him in charge of training the other customer service agents and give him a raise!

Agent EARL is so receptive to his clients. I last visited Singapore in September 2024 but I was surprised that he still remembers me. The hospitality i was given while there is the reason I want to come and work in Singapore.

He was able to help with all the questions and provide us with right option. The best is the response time. Was quick to respond.
